The last pic is the best pic! Big idea 4:Biological systems interact, and these systems and their interactions possess complex properties.

Biomes-  Biomes are communities for different plants, animals, or organisms that have different abiotic or biotic factors  Different biomes have different climate and environments with different organisms living there.  They are also called ecosystems.  Above I am showing(from top to bottom) a rain forest biome, desert biome, river biome, and coral reef biome.

Climax Community - A climax community is a biological community of plants and other organisms has reached a steady state through vegetation over time.  As you see in the picture the trees and plants are all at the same height and do not have much to grow and therefore have reached their "climax."

Endosperm -  An endosperm is the tissue that surrounds or covers a seed of a flowering plant.  In the picture we have a purple flowering plant that came from an endosperm.

 K-strategist -  K strategists have a low number of offspring but high parental care, this is the opposite of r strategists who have a very high number of offspring with low parental care.  Ostriches are K strategists because they lay about 10-50 eggs max.  Most birds will be considered K strategists due to their high parental care and low amount of eggs laid.

Parasitism - This is when one organism benefits and the other doesn't.  So you could look at it like a +/- situation.  In this situation, the leaf is not benefiting while, the organism that ate it did benefit so that is why it is parasitism.

Population - A population is a group of the same species in the same area geographically.  They have a chance to reproduce with one another.  This is a population because you see the same exact tree repeating.

Predation - Predation is the action of a predator feeding off its prey.  As you see a baby Navin in its natural habitat, it has spotted a delicious box of Oreos.  Obviously the Oreos stood no chance from Navin's "Usain Bolt" like speed, I mean some people say this guy is even faster than Usain.  Like they had a race that started in Brooklyn, New York and was only 100 meters, when the gun shot off to start the race Navin was able to go to a KFC in California, buy a 48 piece bucket(half fried, half grilled) eat it, do a back flip  then power walk back and it still beat Usain by 5 seconds! Amazing!  But anyways these Oreos are only one part of a Navin diet.  It's favorite foods are fried chicken, curry, and if a Navin has its sight on a watermelon it will dive on it.  However, a Navin is an endangered species and there is only one left so don't capture this creature and send it to the zoo if you are one of those bad guys.  I mean if you happened to put him in the zoo, at least the attendance would triple just from Navin's presence.
