The Calvin cycle is a phase of photosynthesis where carbon is fixated into a 5 carbon sugar is then the rubisco enzyme reduces the sugar molecule  creating glucose  The rubisco is then regenerated. The cycle takes place in the stroma of chloroplasts in leaves of plants so here is a leaf.
