#8) Big Idea 1 Term 13: Bryophytes (nonvascular plant)

The bryophyte depicted above is most likely a moss from the bryopsida class just as 95% of all mosses are. This moss (and all other mosses) are considered bryophytes because they all are nonvascular plants that produce spores instead of flowers and seeds. Other types of bryophytes are hornworts and liverworts.
