Big Idea 4-12

12) Mutualism- is a relationship between two species in which both benefit. I took a picture of my sister  to represent mutualism because humans all have a unique ecosystem of bacteria and fungi living and competing in their bodies. In return for letting them live in the human boys and survive, bacteria and fungi help humans digest certain foods and keep possible dangerous microorganism in check. In this "I'll house you, you pay rent" sort of deal, humans and their inner microbes achieve a relationship based off of mutualism.
