19. Eubacteria - Eubacteria is a type of bacteria family that can be gram positive or negative, motile or non-motile, and have a rigid cell wall. Yogurt is a dairy product that comes from fermented milk. The milk is left to sit with bacteria that eat away some parts of the milk until a yogurt is left. One type of bacteria used in this process in Lactobacillus, which is a gram positive, anaerobic bacteria, which falls in the eubacteria family.
