Ferns are plants that have all traditional plant parts but don't have seeds nor flowers. So i guess they are missing two. Here is a pic of a fern deep in the underbrush.





Another example of modified roots, abnormal roots, are those of grass. Grass has very thin roots than specialize in absorbing water. These roots are called fine roots.  Here is a pic of them. didnt wanna harm any grass to see the roots. but we all know what grass roots look like. so heres grass
